Issues with the account:

  • Blocked: If a player is found to have violated our terms and conditions, an official email notification is sent, informing them of their restriction from further play at our casino.

  • Suspended: if suspected of behaviour in violation of terms and conditions or exploits. Also, sometimes for the security of the account and player funds, the account will have to be suspended for investigation. The player will be notified via email about the ongoing investigation that will take place. While the player can provide additional information to expedite the process, we typically take 5 days to thoroughly review and ensure everything is in order before deciding whether to unblock and allow the player to resume their gaming journey.

  • Minimum deposit amount - The minimum deposit amount in crypto is 1 EUR.

  • What currencies are supported at http://leetbit.io ? - As of now, we exclusively support cryptocurrencies: USDT, TRX, BTC, BNB, XRP, LTC, ETH, DOGE.

  • How to deposit via FIAT currency? - As of now, we do not offer direct fiat deposits. We plan to introduce FIAT currency options in early 2024.

  • How can I purchase cryptocurrency with my credit card? - To buy crypto with your credit card, click on the "buy now" banner on our main page or open your wallet (click on deposit next to your player profile) and move to the "buy now" tab. Fill in the amount you want to buy and your card info. The purchased crypto will be added to your balance instantly.

Withdrawals related:

  • What is causing the delay in processing my withdrawal? - For higher withdrawal amounts, a final safety check is conducted before processing. Requests are typically handled within minutes, with a maximum time-frame of 24 hours from submission.

  • What could be the reason for the rejection of my withdrawal? - If your withdrawal request is rejected, contact our support through live chat, Telegram, or email at support@leetbit.io for assistance.

  • How do I initiate a withdrawal request? - To create a withdrawal request, open the wallet screen and click on "Withdrawal."   • Are there specific requirements for withdrawals? - Currently, most restrictions have been lifted, allowing players to withdraw freely. Please be aware that each player is permitted to make 3 withdrawals every 24 hours.

  • What is the typical processing time for a withdrawal? - Ordinary withdrawal requests are processed instantly. For higher amounts, team approval is needed, typically taking a couple of minutes. The team ensures all pending requests are reviewed promptly, with none pending for longer than 24 hours.

  • Is it possible to withdraw funds to a bank card? No, we exclusively operate as a crypto casino, and all withdrawals are strictly in cryptocurrencies.

  • Is there a maximum withdrawal limit? There is no withdrawal limit.

  • Are there any withdrawal transaction fees? Certainly, in the case of cryptocurrencies, there is a small transaction fee for some blockchains. You can view and calculate the fee directly on the withdrawal screen, especially for BTC, LTC, ETH, and BNB.

  • Can I use a different currency for deposits and withdrawals? - Withdrawals are limited to the currency/balance in your wallet. Unfortunately, we do not provide an exchange service at this time.

  • What steps should I take if a game freezes, lags, or unexpectedly closes? - Try refreshing the session. In most cases, the session remains active, and you won't lose any funds. If you suspect something might have gone wrong, please don't hesitate to contact our support team.

  • Free spins are not displaying in the game - Before contacting the support team, ensure that LBC is set as your active currency. The free spins sessions should appear automatically. If not, please reach out to support for a review.

  • My game session is crashing when I try to play in a different currency: You can only have 1 open session in 1 currency (always the currently active set currency).
